The Employee is contracted as a Front-End Developer within the DevOps Program, pledging to refine their skills as outlined herein. Their responsibilities include crafting user-friendly web pages using markup languages such as HTML, enhancing and maintaining web pages, optimizing applications for peak performance, and conceptualizing mobile-oriented features. They are tasked with collaborating closely with back-end developers and web designers to enhance usability, gathering feedback from users and clients to devise effective solutions, and drafting functional requirement documents and guides.

Additionally, they are expected to produce high-quality mock-ups and prototypes, assist back-end developers with coding and problem-solving, uphold stringent graphic standards and brand consistency, and remain abreast of emerging technologies. The Employee is held to a high standard of work quality.

Bachelors degree in social work.
