Conducted market research to identify key pain points with existing fintech providers, point of sale systems and loan providers.
Defined Bamba's target audience in the Kenyan market and developed a new product, Bamba Loans set to launch in Q4 2023.
Developed loan disbursement, loan collection process that was used to disburse over 150 loans during MVP experiments. These processes will continue to be used with the new Bamba Loan application.

While at Bamba, I also worked with Shop Zetu to guide them on how to optimize their e-commerce marketplace and build the Shop Zetu application for 3 months.
Worked with the engineering team, vendor relationship and marketing team to develop the product roadmap for the next year.
Released the Shop Zetu MVP for customers.

Head of Growth Initiatives Africa - September 2022- January 2023

Worked with the General Managers to achieve their commercial goals in Kenya, Uganda, Nigeria and CIV.
Developed product Roadmap with product team for the next year. Designed and launched 3 new features on the application: National deliveries, Payment on Delivery and Crossdocking with the product team Managed partnerships with our key partners to improve user experience, customer retention and acquisition.

Growth Manager East Africa - September 2021 - October 2022

Developed Sendy Fulfillment application working with the product team.
Developed the GTM strategy for Sendy Fulfillment and together with the Sales and Marketing team launched the Sendy Fulfillment Application in Kenya and acquired over 3500 businesses within a span of three months.
Together with the product, launched Sendy Fulfillment in Nigeria and Uganda in April 2022
Introduced Dine with Sendy, which brought E-Commerce and Social Commerce businesses together to discuss challenges in the E-Commerce industry in Kenya as well as collect feedback on improvements on the application.
Managed relationships with partners to improve customer experience, reduce operational costs, grow the Sendy Fulfillment brand and increase customer acquisition and retention.
