Edward Munyi

I have 24 years experience working with KCB bank.I have most recently been working as a teller in which i used to handle both corporate and normal banking customers.I have also worked as a customer experience consultant in the same bank and in different branches.I know how to handle mortgage applications and everything related to mortgage inquiries.I have been a computer operator in which i used to produce reports and update branches on night shift.

Before being a permanent employee i worked for KCB bank as a casual employee during the KCB share issue.This when the government sold its shares to the public.

I have worked in cash services department,customer experience,mortgage and in information technology departments at KCB bank.I have 24 years work experience in this organization.

I am currently ongoing studies at united states international university where am undertaking a degree in information systems and technology.

I did my diploma in electronics engineering at technical university of Mombasa between 1993 and 1996.I am yet to graduate as i haven't done my supplementary paper in math for the said diploma.

I also have a certificate in international computer driving license from the institute of advanced technology.
