Iam a versatile professional with over 10 years’ experience in banking, media and telecommunication industries; specializing in unmatched customer experience, customer relationship management and sales management. A team player open to learning and sharing concepts and ideas; skilled at working well under pressure and able to communicate ideas effectively.
In my ten years of experience, with clear understanding of excellent customer service translates to more sales, I have been able to undertake a vast number of responsibilities including but not limited to preparation of and conducting of research activities, data collection and data management, driving growth and profitability through sales and marketing and customer centric strategies .Through these responsibilities, I have produced results for example led to extensive use of digital lending platforms at KCB bank thus increasing digital lending from 41% to 63% in one year.At safaricom plc,led to Increase in customer experience scores and net promoter scores from 57% to 81% between 2013 and 2017 and increase in mpesa transaction by 70% between 2018 and 2019. Additionally, I have been part of several capacity building initiatives of key stake holders in my areas of expertise.
Iam passionate about facilitating positive impactful changes in society that improves people’s lives taking into account current development needs vis a vis future needs. I have education background in management information systems, marketing and customer handling skills which have fused well in helping me pursue my passions.
