I am a highly motivated and results-driven Tax, Accounting, and finance professional who has over ten years of invaluable experience in leading and developing a successful accounting , finance and tax team. Skilled in numerous financial and accounting fields, including: Debt Capital Raise ( Both from Local Commercial Banks and International Lenders- Private Equity Funds, DFIs and Quasi Equity conversions and new entry) preparing annual budgets, monitoring key accounts and credit control risk analysis and risk exposure mitigation, tax planning and management, business analysis and monitoring. I have the ability to handle complex assignments effectively both as a team leader and a team player & I possess the confidence to work as part of a team or independently.
