About
I am Lydiah Karimi, a Counselling Psychologist and Marriage & Family Therapist with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, families and organisations through emotional, relational and mental health challenges.
I am passionate about helping people understand themselves, heal from past experiences, build healthier relationships and develop the confidence to live authentically. My therapeutic approach is compassionate, practical and client-centred, creating a safe space where clients can explore their experiences without judgement.
I am also the CEO of EISH Consult Ltd, a mental health and wellness practice offering professional counselling, psychotherapy, couples and family therapy, premarital counselling, teen therapy, corporate wellness and mental health education.
Beyond therapy, I am a keynote speaker, author and mental health advocate, passionate about creating conversations that promote emotional wellbeing, healthy relationships and personal growth.
