I am a passionate and enthusiastic individual in my pursuance of an impactful architectural career having spent the last six years acquiring the relevant academic knowledge in the field. My commitment to the field is motivated by the opportunity that architectural design provides in using creative approaches for problem solving.
I am particularly keen on Urban Design, affordable housing and sustainable architectural design practices. My eagerness to learn and experience in working both individually and as part of a team set me out to be reliable at every stage of the design process,
requiring little to no supervision. I strive to deliver projects that are both meaningful and that satisfy both the brief and client expectations.
Interned at the County Government of Nakuru, Ministry of Public Works for 4
months in 2019 and was involved in the design and drafting of schools, hospitals and other public establishments in the county.
Involved in supervised site visits and inspection of various county facilities including the new modern outpatient facility at the Nakuru Level 5 Provincial General Hospital and the refurbishment of the Nyayo Gardens park.
Undertook site inventory and analysis, schematic design and detail design works of various residential establishments.
Involved in the drafting of renovation works and interior designs of housing establishments and offices in Nakuru County.
Worked at KKL and was involved in the design and actualization of affordable housing establishments using precast concrete panels and hollow blocks as well as supervision of the same.
