I am an experienced Agronomist with over 5 years of experience with a Bachelor's and postgraduate diploma in Agribusiness management. I have a proven track record of developing and implementing effective agricultural strategies, optimizing production, and increasing sales and revenue. I have managed and supervised a team of agricultural technicians and workers, conducted research, analyzed data, and collaborated with fellow researchers and scientists. I possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in relevant software and tools. I have also obtained relevant certifications and I am familiar with relevant regulations and policies.

I am responsible for designing, implementing, and managing agricultural development projects in various communities. I work with farmers, private, government agencies, and non-governmental organizations to promote sustainable agriculture practices with an aim of increase the productivity and profitability of the agricultural sector. I provide technical assistance, report writing, project development, capacity building, and training to farmers and agribusinesses through identifying potential beneficiaries, assessing their needs, and developing tailored solutions that meet their requirements.

I have a BSC in agribusiness management and a higher national diploma in technical training (pedagogy) skils.
