Recruitment & Selection
- Assists in administration related to recruitment of employees and coordinate recruitment, including advertisements, pre-screening of resumes, preparation of offer letters for approval and organization of the orientation process including new hire packages
- Coordinates the onboarding process, including induction of new employees
- Ensure that staff exit process is smooth by ensuring a proper clearing process and exit interviews are performed and shared with management. HR Policies & Procedures
- Ensured the HR policies are compliant with legal and local labor laws hence minimizing HR and compliance risks
- Contributes in the alignment and design of additional HR policies, processes and procedures Performance Management
- In liaison with line managers, ensures that performance evaluations for all employees are taking place and offer the necessary support to ensure effectiveness of the process. Staff Welfare
- Supports the HRM in development of plans of action for staff care, ensuring a comprehensive approach to support the well-being of staff and foster a positive working environment. Payroll Administration
- Prepares payroll monthly payroll updates and ensured submission to finance through the HR
Manager as per the set timelines
HR Administration
- Responds to human resource related enquires
- Coordinates HR projects such as meetings and surveys
- Ensures timely filing of employee returns with the National Employment Authority (NEA) HR Records
- Process, verify, and maintain documentation relating to personnel activities such as staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, and classifications
- Ensures staff files are updated with mandatory documents at all times Training & Development
- Identifies staff training and development needs and provides a roadmap on implementation and execution of these needs
HR Reports
- Prepares monthly management reports on progress, updates HR trackers and suggests areas of improvement as appropriate

- Scrutinizing and analyzing of cases from Ministries, Departments, State Agencies and General public to ensure compliance to regulations and other guidelines before tabling to the Board.
