• Acting as a Field System Administrator (FSA) at Kangaita Tea Factory when the FSA is on leave.
• Supporting and training of farm leaf collection clerks on EWS system.
• Supporting farm staff on SAP system, as an SAP super user.
• Updating e-farm system and Factory Chai Pro Data Bases using SQL statements.
• Work as SAP user on Material Management (MM) module. 
• Performing weekly and monthly system back-ups.
• Performing minor computer hardware repairs.
• Performing preventive computer maintenance at Kangaita & Kagochi farm 
• Preparing farm & factory monthly reports.
• Other duties as may be assigned by the management.
