I have experience in voice, email and chat support. I'm familiar with Zendesk, Genesys and I'm open to learning.
Being a customer service enthusiast, I am delighted at the prospect of taking on a new challenge.
I have previously worked with Horizon Contact Centers as a customer service agent where I handled Multichoice inbound customers for DStv and GOtv. I recently worked with QLink Wireless, a US-based company in assisting enroll their customers to their lifeline services as well as troubleshoot.
I also have experience in chats and mails having worked with Dante Labs UK, where I assisted people with tracking their orders and checking the status of their results.I seek a new and fulfilling exercise. I enjoy engaging people, listening to them and offering the utmost customer experience.
One thing I always say, what we say to our customers is important but how we say it is more important.
