A recent graduate specialized in Hospitality and Tourism management with more than two years’ experience in the hotel and tourism entity, with a knack for directly interacting with customers to ensure that their needs have been met. I have worked in the Hospitality and Tourism industry for about two years. I have one year experience working as a waitress and five months experience working as a receptionist at a resort. Additionionally, my recent profession was as a Tour operator where i worked at Kikwetu Expeditions for six months. I can confidently state that I have impeccable customer service skills since I have interacted with customers.
On the seventeenth of December 2021, i graduated from Kenyatta University with a Bachelors in Hospitality and Tourism Management. Prior to that, I graduated from Machakos University with a Diploma in Hospitality and Tourism Management.
