I am a dedicated program management professional with extensive experience in refugee resettlement, stakeholder engagement, and logistics coordination. I thrive in administrative and project management roles, leveraging my strong organizational skills, analytical thinking, and leadership abilities to drive efficiency and collaboration. Currently pursuing my Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, I am committed to continuous learning and professional growth.

From 2016 to 2025, I have held three positions at Church world service under the resettlement support center program.

1. Refugee Caseworker 2016 - 2021 - I travelled to sub-Saharan regions closer to refugees to conduct interviews and collect their data for the application to the US. I managed complex case workflows and facilitated resettlement processes. I stood out in this position due to my strong analytical skills and attention to detail which helped ensure accurate case documentation
2. Refugee Caseworker 2021- 2023 - I reviewed caseworker roles, gave feedback and offered coaching and mentoring. I also trained new caseworkers on the systems in use and updating refugee information. In absence of supervisor, I led the missions to where refugees were as point of contact.
3. Field Supervisor 2023- 2025- Program administration. I Led refugee resettlement operations, managed field teams, and ensured efficient program execution. My role involved leading teams of 10+ people, coordinating logistics, engaging stakeholders, and optimizing workflows for successful case processing. I also managed external partners like UNHCR and other vendors.

From 2014- 2016 - Projects Team Assistant- emomentum Interactive systems Limited. - I supported project logistics, assisted in the coordination of technology-driven solutions from Google and Microsoft, and collaborated on delivering key initiatives. My organizational expertise helped streamline operations and enhance project efficiency.
