User Experience Researcher

• User research on AI life insight on the phone. Assisted my team in the insights data collection and report drafting of user appreciation on AI integrated on the Camon 40 series
• Collaborated in data collection and classification projects (e.g., Mpesa transaction datasets) for machine learning integration—ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. 
• Mpesa Data Collection. Getting handwritten mpesa data (send money, pochi, paybill) to be integrated on Sim Tool Kit for easy scanning. Later categorized the collected data for easy feeding to machine learning algorithm and AI.
• Conducted in-depth analysis of user behavior and market performance across key Kenyan regions using Python and SQL
