• Bank reconciliation statements and ensuring financial records are accurate throughout the year
• Processing of daily and Monthly reports for Unes Bookstore Mombasa
• Preparation of quotations for clients and making requisitions for clients 
• Processing and Receiving payments in Mombasa bookstore while maintaining good customer relations. 
• Recording purchases, processing returns and scanning items for sale 
• Reordering, invoicing and stock taking
