I’m a confident and credible professional with the kind of communication and presentation skills that inspire on all levels of the professional cadre. I value hard work, quality performance/results, and empowerment. I’m also team-oriented, flexible, adaptable, creative, and self-driven. My ability to take charge, work under pressure, solve problems and create positive impacts has been demonstrated in my responsibilities at my previous work stations.

Having served in Kenya Institute for Public Policy Research and Analysis as a research assistant has helped me nature my research and analytical skills, project management, presentation, problemsolving, decision making, interpersonal, and client satisfaction skills through product innovation and development. During that period, these were my duties: Report writing Organizing field teams Assisted in collecting, analyzing and interpreting data Assisted in designing process for data collection Assisted in preparations of annual reports and midterm goals of the authority I have also served as a research intern at Kenya Agricultural Livestock and Research Organization, where I was involved in data collection, analysis and interpretation. Currently am working with KERRA as a research Trainee in the Directorate of Research Strategy and Compliance.

While in school, I did my administrative attachment in National Hospital insurance Fund where I gained administrative skills, filling of finance documents and processing claims, interpersonal relationship, and strong communication skills

I am currently persuing Masters in stastics at Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology
