• Developing inventory management strategies to optimize inventory levels, reduce carrying costs, and improve turnover rates. 
• Maintains standard accurate inventory database in the hospital.
• Participate in all aspects of inventory management which include but not limited to inventory rationalization, expiry management, and end of month stock takes
•  Reconciles actual stock count to ERP and generate reports
• Ensure all receipts from suppliers are accurately captured in the existing inventory management system by generating GRN to assure data validity and process all invoices for submission to the finance team.
• Monitor and report on inventory performance metrics to the Inventory manager.
• Maintain the re-order levels and initiate the internal requisition to the purchasing team for the actual sourcing of the products
• Monitoring the movement of goods from the central stores to the end user to determine the consumption rate of each product in the organization.
• Issuing supplies and drags from the central stores to all department in the hospital.
