First and foremost,I am a performer driven and motivated individual offering well developed leadership skills and the important ability to think critically and solve complex problems.I have worked in airline industry for 14 years both as a junior and senior staff and I was recognised for my proactive approach and a proven track record of supervising more that ten employees,and operating and maintaining various company properties.I addition I organized relevant documents and records,completed weekly and monthly reports as required.

On top of my experience in leadership skills,I have also done various courses such as customer service, sales and reservations,operations,dangerous goods and computer skills and my roles was to make sure that all activities at the station run smoothly and passengers given best services.
