• Automated recurring operational and reporting workflows using Power Automate and Power Apps, removing manual handling from programme and corporate services processes.
• Architected and deployed the enterprise knowledge platform — a SharePoint Online intranet spanning every portfolio, department and unit — covering information architecture, permissions model, content migration and documentation standards.
• Led technology and field operations for the Gemini AI Efficacy Study: recruited, onboarded and managed a 15-person field team across 15 schools in two counties serving 5,500+ learners over a nine-month delivery cycle.
• Served as technical lead to an external AI engineering team on that deployment — requirements definition, integration support and data quality monitoring from design through to close-out.
• Engineered and deployed 60+ digital data collection instruments with validation, constraint and skip logic, capturing 9,000+ records over three years and feeding downstream reporting systems.
