I am an accomplished professional who possesses a wealth of experience and expertise in the field. With a strong educational background, holding a Bachelor's degree in Community Development and Programme Diplomas in Business Administration majoring on Global Leadership, Design Thinking, Change & innovation management, Graphic Design Project Management and Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning for National Adaptation Plan for Climate Change. I have sharpened my skills and knowledge to excel in my roles.

I have consistently demonstrated outstanding performance throughout my career, showcasing exceptional analytical abilities and an aptitude for problem-solving. Known for my meticulous attention to detail, I have successfully managed complex projects by efficiently allocating resources and effectively communicating with stakeholders at all levels. Furthermore, I highly adept at adaptingto rapidly changingenvironments, demonstrating resilience and adaptability in the face of challenges.

In the recent time (2018-2022) I have worked with Slum Dwellers International Kenya Support NGO as a project officer located full time in Kisumu on various projects such as Voices for Climate Action Project and Safe and inclusive cities projects for youth in designing, planningand implementing innovative projects activities in Kisumu In the past (2007-2021) I have also worked with Kisumu Social Rights Association (an human rights network) as its projects manager and fund raiser for its variousprojects such as Human Rightsand Forced EvictionProject, Human Right and Governance project, Equality and Non-discrimination of Women right to land project through the projects circle from Ideation, Initiation, Planning, Implementation, Evaluation and Phasingout.

Besides Fundamental and Basic education (8-4-4 system), I am an accomplished Projects Manager and MEAL expertise with wealth of experience and expertise in the field. I holds program diplomas in Project Management, GlobalGovernance, and Innovation Management from Institute of Business Management (IBM) Berlin Germany and MEAL for NAP from SDG Global Academy. I also have capacity on Community Organizing built by Community Organizers and Practionners Association Kenya (COPA-K).

Besides I am a passionate Infographic designer for effective communication and business development
