I am currently pursuing a Diploma in Tourism Management with French at KIPS Technical College, where I have gained knowledge and practical skills in tourism operations, customer service, tour guiding, public relations, travel coordination, and hospitality management. I am fluent in English, Swahili, and French, which enables me to communicate effectively with both local and international guests.
I have a strong passion for showcasing the beauty, culture, wildlife, and hospitality of Kenya to travelers from around the world. My interests focus on cultural tourism, eco-tourism, community-based tourism, and authentic local experiences that connect visitors with Kenyan traditions, food, history, and everyday life. I enjoy interacting with people from different backgrounds and creating memorable experiences through professional guiding and excellent customer care.
As a freelance tour guide, I have been developing tourism ideas and experiences around Nairobi and other destinations in Kenya, including cultural city tours, food experiences, eco-cultural experiences, and customized itineraries for local and international travelers. I assisted in office duties, communication processes, handling client inquiries, record management, and supporting daily administrative operations.
This experience helped me improve my confidence, organizational skills, and understanding of how tourism institutions operate in Kenya.
