MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Preparation of invoices.
• Record accounts payable and receivables.
• Providing customer service to clients.
• Resolve financial disputes raised by customer service and sales team. 
• Maintain records and receipts of all daily transactions.
• Coordinate and maintain cash forecasting systems to ensure that adequate funds are available to meet monthly requirements.
• Introduce and market new products to potential clients.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support in assembly and follow up information required during audit and tax reviews.
• Uploading general ledger reconciliation into the backline system.
• Create cost analysis reports both fixed and variable costs.
• Providing financial options for asset acquisition from our company.
• Support monthly payroll and keep organized records.
