• Raising Goods Received Notes, issue and requisition notes
• Assisted in updating of unposted raw material receipts in the ERP system
• Reconciliation of tonnage amount of goods received against Local Purchase Order balances
• Updating daily fuel stock report 
• Opening quotations and preparing quotation opening minutes
• Tender evaluation
