I have extensive food handling experience and earned a diploma from the Pwani university in Hospitality and Tourism Management. I am confident I have the skills and experience necessary to excel in any kitchen in hotels, restaurants band resorts.I worked for 8 years as a line cook/commis chef in sevral hospitaliy establishments before being accepted into the International Culinary Center’s culinary arts program. As a commis chef, I had to be organized and fast.
This environment prepared me for the rigors of culinary school and the industrial field at large.
