I am an enthusiastic, self-motivated, reliable and honest person, who seeks out new challenges and takes initiative to acquire technical skills in the information technology field. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration having studied Business Information Technology. I have developed a mature, adaptable and responsible approach towards any task that I undertake, or situation that I am presented with. Hence, I am able to work well both in a team environment, as well as individually using my own initiative. I also possess excellent interpersonal skills, enabling me to interact with a wide range of clients; as well as the analytical abilities and technical skills necessary for information security, database management, project and system management.

I have had the opportunity to intern and work at different institutions and positions. My assigned roles primarily involved administration duties and providing technical support, towards team members and managers with I.T. related issues where needed. My most recent position being a Cyber Café Technician and Assistant, has given me the chance to interact with diverse people and attend to their various needs. And through my previous working positions i.e., Operations Assistant, I have acquired essential skills and experience in coordination, teamwork and customer service relations. I suppose this helps me interact well with clients, workmates and supervisors Lastly, I possess excellent adaptability, organizational skills and integrity virtue that will help me maintain and uphold the broader picture of any organization’s objectives, while paying attention to the details and logistics in my role. I strongly believe that any administrative role and job position would be an excellent opportunity for me to acquire hands-on experience in the business administration, and information technology field.
