I have diverse experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, Sales, and Research. Currently, as a Learning & Development Officer at M-Gas, I design and implement training programs, conduct needs assessments, and measure training impact. I also facilitate onboarding and immersion sessions for new staff, including those in Tanzania, and integrate online learning platforms like Talent LMS.
In the past, I worked as a Technical Sales Representative at M-Gas, a Merchandiser at StarTimes Media, and an Enumerator at KNBS. With expertise in project management, data analysis, and HR functions, I'm passionate about employee growth and organizational development.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Statistics and Programming from Kenyatta University, which I completed in 2018.
