I am Faith Githiri, a dedicated professional with a background in banking and a strong passion for human resource management. I hold a diploma in HRM and have complemented my expertise with certifications in banking, credit, customer experience, and insurance. My career journey has equipped me with valuable experience in customer service, sales, and relationship management.

Currently, I am pursuing my Bachelor of Business Management, majoring in Human Resource Management, with the goal of transitioning into the HR field. My ambition and drive are unwavering—I am committed to personal and professional growth, and I do not allow anything to stand in the way of my goals.

Beyond my career, I express my emotions and creativity through writing, particularly poetry, and I am in the process of completing my book, Twist. I believe in continuous learning, resilience, and striving for excellence in everything I do.

I have a strong background in banking, sales, and customer service, having worked as a Cashier, Account Opening Officer, and Relationship Officer. My expertise includes client management, financial transactions, and business development.

I hold an Executive Proficiency of Insurance (Ecop) certification with distinction, adding value to my financial services knowledge. While my experience is in banking, my passion is in Human Resource Management (HRM), and I am currently pursuing a BBM in HRM to transition into the field.
