Compassionate psychology graduate with experience providing psychosocial support, crisis intervention, and mental health interventions in NGO and school-based settings. Skilled in individual and group support, suicide risk response, emotional well-being promotion, and client-centred counselling. Through experience with BeFrienders Kenya and the Shamiri Institute, I have supported individuals facing emotional distress, psychosocial challenges, and life stressors while maintaining ethical practice and confidentiality.
