I have worked as an intern at KRA in the legal service and board coordination department where I was required to do some customer service work which included receiving incoming mails from taxpayers who had brought their mails physically. This required me to courteous, friendly, and ready to help by guiding the taxpayers on the appropriate measure to take.

I was also a records manager which required me to ensure the confidentiality, ensure accesibility, and availabiloty of records in the registry.

Studied Information science which incorporates thr following fields:records and archives management, library science, communication and media studies which has taught me interpersonal skills that I believe will be advantageous for this particular role.
