I am currently working with HF Group where I joined as a Customer Service Officer in Branch Business. I then transitioned to the role of business planning manager in the larger Retail Department.
I hold a Master's degree in Management & Organisational Development and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce with a major in Banking and Financial Services. I also hold a Diploma in Customer Service Management.
