Am a champion of positive psychology and I like sharing it's concept with clients, friends and family. In therapy, I use journaling, discussions, diagnostic tool, tailor-made worksheets and different forms of creative expressions to help clients explore their feelings, thoughts and behavior while guiding them to learn healthy coping skills.

I want client's to feel safe, seen, heard and empowered as they go through the natural process of finding meaning, healing and hope in life. I'm a friend who can walk with you during your healing journey.

I have experience working 4 organization. Starting from the most recent is:

1.St. Dominic Savio Counseling Center and Marian Shrine Spirituality Center.

• Position: Psychologist and Admin. Assistant (Internship)

2. IONTBO (It's okay not to be okay)

• Founder of the therapist on call program
• Position: Psychologist 

3. Kenya Red Cross

• Volunteer as a psychologist for psychosocial support.

4. Kenyatta National Hospital

• Attachment as a psychologist for 3 months.

Bachelor of Psychology from Egerton University - graduated with second class, upper division.

Character Coaches Training from Positive Psychology Association of Kenya(PPAK).
