While working at CA Associates Staffing, I oversee staff, arrange meetings and appointments for the MD, respond to social media enquiries, maintain personnel records, write professional CVs, handle performance appraisals, initiate human resource and training policies, ensure relevant contracts and database are up-to-date, process payroll, assist clients in renewal of statutory documents, manage all aspects of communication, train new employees on work ethics and perform daily administrative duties. At the National Hygiene Initiative (Kazi Mtaani), I monitored the progress of program, approved petty cash expenses, submitted weekly working report to the area Chief, ensured all the workers had appropriate working tools, provided technical guidance on implementation, and assisted in the preparation of weekly payment plans by providing the workers daily duty roster and reports.
