Psychology graduate who builds and runs group wellbeing programs for a living. I currently design and deliver mental health and wellness training for community groups, and facilitate monthly sessions for 20+ adult learners, so guiding a room, reading the mood, and getting people comfortable enough to participate is something I do regularly rather than something I'm hoping to learn on the job. My background also includes frontline psychosocial support and a clinical internship, so I understand people's wellbeing needs from more than one angle.
