- Ensure compliance to all food safety standards and responsible for all records and Documentation
- Plan verification activities such as internal Food Safety audit, third party audits, customer audits and internal hygiene and fabric inspection activities. Liase with procurement section to ensure Supplier audits are performed regularly
- Train staff on standard operating procedures ,work instructions and Food Safety polices
- Prepare quality documentation and reports by analyzing and summarizing information including trends of failed processes, customer complaints, feedback and corrective action.
- Participate in the development and implementation of food safety policies, standard operating procedures and work instructions
Position: Hygiene and Sanitation Supervisor

- Inspecting premises for unsanitary conditions and taking appropriate corrective action in case of violation
- Inspecting products and equipments for compliance to companies sanitation standards
- Enforcing policies and procedures surrounding food safety and hygiene
- Trained staff on standard operating procedures, work instructions, food policies among others
- Monitoring and controlling operation cost in hygiene section
- Involved in thorough root cause analysis of customer complaints and following up with corrective actions
Position: Quality Assurance Assistant
