My background as a licensed counseling psychologist with a Bachelor of Arts in Counseling Psychology from St. Paul’s University is complemented by practical experience in both clinical mental health support and customer-facing service roles. I have provided psychological assessment, individual and group therapy,

crisis intervention, and psychoeducation in hospital settings, supporting clients with anxiety, depression,

trauma, and behavioral challenges. I have also worked in client service environments, including cashier and sales-related roles, where I developed strong communication, accuracy, and customer handling skills. In addition, I have supported child development in learning environments by guiding emotional wellbeing,
