am a chef with a certificate grade 2 have an experience of 3 years in hotel and restaurant and other 2yrs have done lots of outside catering am very good in meat China also good in fries also in grill I know about smoking of beef brisket where you smoke beef for 8hrs for it will be very soft and tender and I love being in grill
