Follow up on leads and prospect for new clients for Total service stations: Key focus in lubricants & spare parts shops, garages, SMEs, PSV saccos, industrial and institutions (public & private)
Establish and nurture relations with clients through managing and interpreting their lubricants requirements to increase sales volume
Monitor the market environment by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques
Establishing contact with potential clients through direct communication, face to face meetings, telephone calls, emails and presentations.
Offering client quotations and managing client accounts.
Supporting marketing activities and activations.

Conducting field visits to farms and sharing new agricultural technologies with the farmers.
Providing training and capacity building to farmers and mobilizing them to adopt the new technologies
Act as a link between the farmers and the providers of new agricultural technologies

Maintain communication with costumers and ensure deliveries are done in a timely manner
Maintain the stock levels and ensure all internal transfers of lubricants are recorded.
Ensure debts owed by clients are paid and reconcile our bank records
Take cash and checks to the bank.
Aid in filling company taxes.
Prepare sales reports and analyse performance of our sales executives
