My name is Frank Nyamboki Bosire. I have a professional background in Agribusiness Economics this is after successful completion of my academic studies BSc Agribusiness Economics and Food Industry Management from The Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology.
I have managed to accrue 4 years of working experience. This is after volunteering, interning and working for various esteemed organisation that include:
- Kakuzi Plc where I received proper training in Avocado fruit production, pest and diseas control, as an Intern.
- KeInd Agro Ltd where I was an agronomist and worked closely with KEITT Exporters to train and sensitize their contract farmers on Avocado production for export purposes while practicing sustainable agriculture.
- Tenses Africa where I was a field extension officer and data collector. I assisted farmers in ensuring proper farm management practices and assisted in providing market linkages for their macadamia nuts and Avocado fruit.
My previous roles have allowed me to develop a comprehensive skill set that aligns perfectly with the opportunity, some of which include:
- Agribusiness Expertise; I possess a deep understanding of the Agribusiness industry, crop production, market dynamics, supply chain management, value chain analysis and agricultural economics
- Project Management; I am adept at leading cross-functional teams and managing projects from initiation to successful completion. I have a strong ability to priorities tasks, allocat resource effectivel an ensure timely delivery of projects within budgetary constraints.
- Sustainability and Environmental awareness; I am deeply committed to sustainable agriculture and posses a thorough understanding of environmental constraints in the Agribusiness sector. I actively seek innovative solution to promote sustainable practices, reduce carbon footprint and enhance resource efficiency.
