Possessing over 9 years of professional experience, I am a multi- skilled professional who excels in handling both project management and Community development approaches. I thrive in fast paced environments and have always contributed to the constant realization of project objectives. Some of the skills I bring on board include but not limited to Agroforestry management practices, conservation agriculture, Integrated soil fertility management, good agronomic practices, soil and water conservation, project monitoring and implementation skills, Teamwork, organic farming technologies, sustainable land use management, internal organic inspection and standardization methodologies and relationship management. A summary of my experience includes Village Savings and Loaning (VSLA) for improved community resilience, Mobilization, recruitment and management of farmers groups, project planning and coordination of project activities, partner or stakeholder working relationship management, data collection and management with high analytical skills and sustainable ecological agriculture principles. My focus is to grow in my career and participate in Management, training and coaching activities that will see me not only exercise my skills and experience but also contribute positively to the esteems of the organization and sustainability of communities I work in.

Over 9 years experience in the agriculture development field with main focus in Sustainable agricultural principles of production. I hold a professional training on Ecological Organic Agriculture with good trainings on standards and certification on internal control systems of production. Am very analytical and deep to detail person hence able to give guidance and make very independent decisions within the programmatic theories.

I hold a bachelor training on Ecological Organic Agriculture and also diploma in Organic Agriculture. I also have in-depth training on Core humanitarian Standards and a certification on project management.
