My name is Fridah Njoki Wanjiku, a 24 year old passionate about customer service.I have a Diploma of catering and accommodation Management where front office operations was one the major courses. I have 3 year of experience as a team manager and in custome service relations where I've managed to acquire leadership skills, customer service and relations, strong communication skills as well as computer skills.
I've worked as a Barista at vogue café for 7 months.
I currently work as Team manager and in customer service for 3 years at The Chatroom.
