Telecommunications and Information Engineering
I pursued a degree in Telecommunications and Information Technology at Kenyatta University. I was recently an employee on a six month contract with Safetrac Limited, a vehicle tracking and fleet management company. I have experience working with telematics systems, employed in vehicle tracking, fleet management, asset security and fuel monitoring, among other services.
I have also worked as an attaché in the IT department of NACICO Sacco Limited, which has spearheaded my interest in information technology and the business side of it. I'm skilled in the use of computers as I am proficient in Windows 10 and Microsoft Office applications. I also have good knowledge of various network concepts and possess hardware troubleshooting skills. My communication and customer service skills are commendable.
