Greetings,
Am a Sales Professional with strong experience in FMCG with ten(10) years under my belt in General Trade,i have touched base in both General trade and Modern trade accounts.
In my career journey as a sales professional I have a track record of achieving targets and creating growth in my respective roles held,for instance in my prior role as a Regional Sales Coordinator created a growth of 15% which was brought by increasing the distributor base(bringing new distributors on board).I have had great customer relationships with distributors ,wholesalers supermarkets,dukas and kiosk,wines and spirits,bars, horeca's which is key to list fmcg products to them.
I strongly believe am a good fit for this role as i have the experience ,am also versed with Route To Market techniques,analytical and problem solving skills,formulating a sales strategy and implementing it,excellent good team handling skills,effective communicator and channel management.Team management as I was managing eleven (11)van sales representatives in my prior role.
Also worked with distributors,coached,guided their teams,planned the route to market model to optimise market potential,coverage,also helped in appointing stockist in routes to increase distribution width,advise on efficient mechanisation of the routes in regards to area ie rural or urban setting.
Also am keen to work with the accounts department on reconciliation of accounts as i say a sale is not fully a sale if it's account is not settled.Am also good at reporting skills to the management.
