Duties and Responsibilities.

• Scheduling interviews with pensioners.
• Conducting face to face interviews with the pensioners using Computer-assisted personal tool.
• Preparing reports on the data collection exercise.

2) Industrial attachment- Procurement and Supply Chain.

Organization: Ministry of Water, Sanitation and Irrigation (September 2021 to January 2021).

Duties and Responsibilities.

• Preparing the department’s requisitions for consumables e.g., office stationery etc.
• Receiving, Issuing and monitoring departmental stock.
• Preparing LPOs.
• Preparing and maintenance of stock records.
• Maintaining records of purchases, pricing and other important data.
• Supplier quotations analysis.
• Reviewing and analyzing all vendors, supply and price options.
• Ensuring vendors’ invoices are approved and paid in a timely manner.
• Receiving inventories from the suppliers.
• Evaluation of tenders.
