- Successfully deployed Rest-API and SOAP XML API Projects that helped in Data Exchange between Internal Applications and pre-existing ERPS within the organisation.

Cloud Engineer
Responsibilities
- Acted as lead engineer in managing cloud infrastructure in AWS environment, scaling down on resource utilizations and instance optimization
- Successfully deployed AWS ec2 instances, configure ELB load balancer to manage data traffic on API Applications.
- Configured a secured environment, setting up domain and attaching SSL Certificates
- Helped to scale down on resource utilization saving on cost and optimization of resource subscribed.
Web Applications Development
Responsibilities
- Developed a customer service solution, with inbuilt business logic that allowed customers to rate their service advisers on different service points. This helped the company improve their customer service and were able to identify weak areas to improve their customer service delivery
- Developed a Money lending Web application that receives data via a web API from a banking ERP and manages call cycle of the customer throughout the loan process.
- Developed a Ticketing Support system that enabled ticketing and resolutions of tickets within predefined TAT. Notable module was the Escalation module that drives tickets across different Escalation Levels, thus managing faster resolution
- Developed Reporting Systems, that fetch data via a web API of AVAYA telephony system providing customized reporting dashboard on call operations
- Developed CRM applications for clients in insurance sector to manage dial cycle on Policy notifications and Claim management.
