I am an ambitious and mature Kenyan with diplomas in Hotel, Housekeeping, Restaurant, Services & catering management with more than 19 years hands on experience in the Hospitality and Cruise industry in Kenya, US and numerous places around the world.
I thrive on challenge and am looking to tackle a huge job where I can lead from the front with infectious enthusiasm and sheer tenacity.
My remit is to have a positive impact, review and develop house strategies to compliment a challenging business plan, whilst strengthening and maintaining effective learning and development interventions that will deliver outstanding organization and employee performance.
