●PreventinganyclaimfromtheContractorlinkedtothefailureof performance of the Owner’s obigations in due time.
●Detectng any request (Operator, Authority, Owner’s Engineer) that could open a ground to claim due to deviation to the contract and takng steps to mitigate such risks with the Site Manager as requred.
●Coordinatingthecontractualmanagementofthecontractthroughthe
Owner and Owner’s Engneer teams. This includes detecting and notfying the tems that can be used against the contractor to balance potential futurecaimsandmakingsure(overtheProject andat theste)that sufficient records are taken around the elements that can be subject to claim from the contractor,to faclitate the further related analysis and negotiation.
●Ensuring that the waterworks team is satsfied with the sewer and has received all necessary documents and training for the operation of the instalation of the sewer line.
●Helping the site team to coordinate the establishment of the punch tems lists with the involved entities(Operator and the Authority).
●He works in very close cooperation with the Construction Drector who is the Contract Manager and helps him strongly in this role.
