I have also work with Community-based Organization in kibera informal settlement as Monitoring and Evaluation Officer and succesfully implemented Global HIV/AIDs program for 6 years. Through the program I managed a team of 108 Community Health Volunteers who are reported to me directly. I have sharpened my leadership, communication, problem solving and administrative skills.
