I am a Human Resources professional with over 20 years’ experience in Human Resources at a senior level in hospitality and manufacturing. My key competencies include strategic HR implementation, employee relations, HR planning, staff development, resourcing, compensation and benefits administration, staff development, succession planning, performance management, coaching & mentoring, development of HR policies and implementation.
As a person I am a good communicator (verbal & written), keen attention to detail, enjoy a good laugh and diligent in all that I purpose to do.
It is my dream to serve at board level offering my services to the HR Committee and pursue Counselling Psychology and coaching training and requisite accreditation to establish private practice.
