I am a result oriented community development practitioner with over than 10 years’ experience working with various Non-profit organizations and Civil Society Organization both locally and internationally. I have successfully administered a number of projects carrying out performance project reviews, productive resource mobilization and allocation, budget analysis, monitoring and evaluation, field research and capacity building. More so, I have been involved with access to justice initiatives, sexual gender based and human rights, community mobilization, HIV and AIDs as well as public policy and advocacy.
My professional experience and education have helped me to develop a comprehensive view of the productivity process, including how to accurately measure progress beyond simply reporting numbers raining.
