I have previously worked as a customer service representative and this has taught me good relationships with clients and ability to handle situations in any situations both negative and positive. I've also worked as a driver in a company having qualified for the C1 class and this has garnered me alot of experience in understanding different routes.

I did a course in certificate in information communication technology and through this I understand well the system and maneuvering through different tasks on the system and the ability to multitasking.
